REGISTRATION 44 KM / 20 KM / 8 KM

Based on the provisions of the “Rules for the organization of events” issued by FIDAL, athletes in possession of one of the following requirements can participate:

• Italian and foreign athletes registered with FIDAL for the 2025 season

• Italian and foreign athletes registered for EPS (Athletics section) affiliated with FIDAL for the 2025 season, with the obligation to upload the certificate on the site: http://iscrizioni.wedosport.net/ within 7 days from the date of enrollment (last day available to upload the certificate Saturday 18 October 2025). For non-resident foreign athletes: Download the medical certificate form here. The certificate signed by the doctor must be uploaded to the website: http://iscrizioni.wedosport.net/

• Italian and foreign athletes in possession of Runcard Fidal or Mountain and Trail Runcard with the obligation to upload the certificate on the site: http://iscrizioni.wedosport.net/ within 7 days from the date of registration (last day available to upload the certified on Saturday 18 October 2025). • Non-members must purchase the FIDAL RunCard or Mountrail and Trail Card independently before proceeding with registration. This is the link: Runcard Last year, due to the weather alert, we were reluctantly forced to cancel the Monte Casto Trail. Those who kept their registration for this year (740 athletes) will receive an email in June and must confirm their registration by 30 June, only then will they be registered for the 2025 edition. From 1 July registration will open for everyone, unfortunately for logistical reasons we will not be able to exceed a quota of 900. So there are only 160 extra bibs available.

REGISTRATION COSTS 44 KM / 20 KM

Registrations will open on 1 July 2025 and will close with a maximum of 900 total competitors. 44 kms 28 € until 30 September, from 1^st to 18 October  38 € 20 kms 23 € until 30 September, from 1^st to 18 October  30 € Max 800 participants. The registration fees include all the services described in the present regulations, a t shirt product, the pasta party after the race. In case of cancellation of the race due to force majeure, up to 15 days before the event, the Organization reserves the right to refund a percentage equal to 50% of the registration fee paid. This percentage is justified by the multiple expenses that the Organization has already made and which it cannot recover. In the event of interruption or cancellation of the race for atmospheric reasons, or for any other reason independent of the Organization, no refund will be due to the participants.

REGISTRATION 8 KM ET MINI TRAIL

It will be possible to register for the non-competitive 8 km walk Saturday, October 25 from 15:30 to 18:00 and Sunday morning from 7:30 to 9:00. Start: Sunday 9.30 Price 8 euros.
